ORDER PROCESSING TIMES:

Orders are typically processed within 4 to 10 business days (excluding holidays and weekends) prior to shipment, provided the items are in stock and some on pre-order. Processing times may vary by item, so we encourage you to carefully review the product description before placing your order.

ALU UNUNG reserves the right to adjust production dates, with proper notification to customers.

Please note that orders containing multiple items will be shipped together once all items are ready for fulfilment. To avoid potential delays, we recommend placing separate orders for individual items.

Once an order has been shipped and is in transit, the order can no longer be cancelled.

During high-demand periods, such as new product launches and sales, dispatch may take up to an additional 10 business days. Rest assured, we are working diligently to process and ship your order as quickly as possible.

 We will assess the feasibility of offering this service for the specific product. Please note that a $30 fee applies for this service, which allows us to prioritise your order in our processing queue.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International orders are shipped via DHL, with delivery times depending on the destination country. While we strive to keep duties on our products low, international buyers may be subject to additional duties, which will be the buyer’s responsibility.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

When placing an international order, please ensure your address is complete and accurate, and include your phone number, as DHL may need to contact you regarding any delivery issues.

If the recipient refuses delivery for any reason, the package will be returned to us. DHL imposes a return fee, which must be covered by the customer. If we do not receive a response from the customer, the package will be deemed abandoned and disposed of by DHL, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
